'efleetbase.com' application gives the client the ability to give all
the personnel within a company secure and controlled access to the data.
From the fleet manager who needs update capability to all the data, to
remote office locations who need update/view access to their local
vehicles, to the accounts department and HR departments who may need
view only access to all the vehicles. The system is scalable in
the size of application. Thus larger corporations with larger fleets can
have more functionality and companies with smaller fleets can have a
simplified application The core application tracks:
- Vehicles, drivers, accidents, fuel, maintenance, cost
centers/divisions, regional offices (sub accounts) and users, suppliers,
vehicle notes, fuel and maintenance vendor imports.
